Introducing
Emily
Creative Catalyst Coach | Business Support
Emily brings a unique perspective shaped by a deeply personal journey with anxiety, ADHD, and a creative spirit that’s anything but linear. After facing bullying and learning challenges early in life, she took a different path—one shaped by self-inquiry, compassion, and freedom to explore her own rhythm.
Homeschooled through high school, Emily grew up learning how to think, not what to think. That experience gave her the confidence to follow her curiosity across creative, emotional, and therapeutic landscapes—never just choosing one lane, but instead exploring how everything is connected.
She holds coaching certification and is currently completing qualifications in counselling and psychology alongside her mum, Tracey. But her vision goes beyond traditional coaching. Emily is also studying dog training and behaviour, with the goal of specialising in therapy dogs for those living with “invisible illnesses” like anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and depression—challenges she understands intimately.
Whether she’s guiding a creative project, offering emotional support, or dreaming up new ways to bring animals into healing spaces, Emily shows up with warmth, insight, and a deep belief in people’s ability to find their way back to themselves.
She believes in rewriting life gently, creatively, and without judgment. And she brings that belief into every corner of the work we do.
